Service information

Technical and commercial questions, answered.

Service boundaries vary by environment. The final scope, responsibilities, support terms, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing.

What kinds of businesses does Sharpix support?

Sharpix is designed for small and growing organizations, including professional services, logistics and dispatch operations, e-commerce businesses, and remote teams.

Can we start with one project?

Yes. A fixed-scope project is often the best way to solve an immediate problem, establish working context, and create a documented outcome.

Does Sharpix provide ongoing managed support?

Yes. Ongoing responsibilities can include user support, Microsoft 365 administration, identity, devices, vendor coordination, documentation, and planning.

Do you work remotely?

Many services can be delivered remotely. Any on-site requirement, travel, location coverage, and related cost must be confirmed in the written scope.

Is support available 24/7?

Sharpix provides 24/7 request intake. After-hours incident assistance, response targets, escalation paths, exclusions, and emergency expectations depend on the approved support plan and service agreement.

Can you manage Microsoft 365 and Intune?

Yes, within the scope supported by the organization’s licensing, environment, access, and agreed responsibilities.

Can you manage Google Workspace, RingCentral, HubSpot, or Meraki?

Yes, when the required subscriptions, administrative access, account ownership, supported configuration, and responsibility are documented in the service scope.

Can you support network printers remotely?

Many driver, queue, permission, network, and scanning issues can be resolved remotely. Hardware repair, cabling, or physical replacement may require scheduled onsite service or the equipment vendor.

Can AI automate all IT and marketing work?

No. Sharpix can automate defined, repeatable workflows, but privileged, security-sensitive, financial, legal, production, and high-impact actions require appropriate human review and approval.

How does Sharpix approach security?

Security work starts with business context and identity, then considers email, endpoints, access, data, recovery, monitoring needs, user impact, and an improvement roadmap.

Can Sharpix work with another provider or internal IT?

Yes. A co-managed arrangement can divide responsibilities by user group, platform, request type, or operational function.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the service, outcome, users, devices, systems, timing, complexity, support window, dependencies, and responsibility assumed.

What should we send in the first message?

Include the business context, the issue or goal, who is affected, relevant systems, current impact, desired result, and preferred timeline. Never send passwords or recovery codes.

Can you guarantee that a security incident will never happen?

No responsible provider can make that guarantee. Effective security reduces exposure, improves resilience, and strengthens the organization’s ability to detect, respond, recover, and improve.

What happens after the first conversation?

Sharpix clarifies the requirement, identifies missing information, proposes the appropriate engagement, and confirms scope and responsibilities before implementation.
